Talks and Poster Pitches by Doctoral Students of Kaiserslautern and Landau – Call for Abstracts Now Open!

Dear Doctoral Students, dear Young Researchers!

Are you passionate about your research and enjoy presenting it? Then the Young Researchers Symposium (YRS) on August 1, 2024 at the Fraunhofer Center in Kaiserslautern is just right for you. Science in a nutshell, exciting and interesting and not boring and dry! The best talks, posters and abstract will be awarded prizes with a total value of 6.000 Euros!

What Is the YRS About?
Every two years, the TU-Nachwuchsring and the High Performance Center Simulation and Software Based Innovation organize an interdisciplinary competition for doctoral students* from Kaiserslautern and Landau with all kinds of scientific backgrounds. The goal is not only to present scientific findings from young researchers in a way that is understandable to non-experts, but also to make the presentations as entertaining, interesting and exciting as possible. Additionally, the coffee breaks and the get-together provide opportunities to network and gain scientific insights from other fields.

Your admission ticket is a scientific abstract that will be reviewed by an interdisciplinary team of researchers. A positive review will qualify you for the YRS 2024.
